International shipping is only available by request due to the varying weight and sizes of custom orders. Please contact us for a quote.
How do you ship your products?
Items under 1 pound, such as cake toppers or banners, will be shipped via USPS First Class Package service, which arrives in 3-5 days depending on your location.
All other items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Oversized items may be shipped by FedEx ground and can take 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Express (1-2 days) and FedEx (1-2 days) shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering for an accurate quote and expected delivery date.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
First of all, please accept our sincere apologies if your item arrives damaged. We make every effort to package items secure for transit but some times items get damaged and we know it's very disappointing to receive your order like that.
If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damage and contact us immediately. We'll send you a new one free of charge as soon as possible, generally 2-3 business days.
