A Custom Cut stands behind the quality and accuracy of every custom product. Our business thrives on customer satisfaction, great reviews, and referral. We will replace or refund any order that is defective or does not match the description of the product.

My item arrived damaged

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge. Please include photos of damage, packaging, and mailing label so we can file an insurance claim on the package.

My item is not as expected

Please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement. If the replacement item is more than your original item, we will apply the original purchase price as credit towards the replacement.

When will I receive my replacement?

Replacement items are prioritized in our production queue and will be shipped as soon as possible using the same shipping method as the original order.
