Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or request a quote, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and order details. If your order requires custom artwork, we also collect the files you upload so our production team can prepare and produce your order. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal; your card number and other sensitive payment details are handled entirely by those processors and never touch our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order (confirmations, ship date updates, tracking, and artwork revisions), and to provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & sessions

We use cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your cart, and understand how our site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect features like your cart or account sign-in.

Third parties we work with

To run our business, we share the minimum information necessary with a small number of trusted service providers: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions, ShipStation to manage order fulfillment, and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your order and provide tracking updates.

How long we keep your information

We retain order and account records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and support customers with questions about past orders. You may ask us to delete your account information at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
