Shipping carriers are responsible for marking the package as "delivered". Occasionally orders may get delivered to the wrong location (neighboring home or business, for example) or get marked delivered prematurely. In either case, please allow another business day for the item to arrive.
If the item still does not show up please contact us to get a replacement order going for you. We'll work with the carriers to file a claim on the missing package while your replacement item is being processed.

If the order was returned to us due to an issue with the shipping address provided with the order, the customer is responsible for paying the postage on the second shipment. We will send you an invoice or custom item for the postage.
Some packages may be intercepted prior to delivery. Package intercepts may extend the original delivery estimate and incur additional handling fees and postage. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to get it sorted out.
