Everything is made here

All engraving and printing happens in our own shop. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party decorator, which is why we can review artwork before a job runs, catch problems early, and stand behind the result.

Most of what we sell begins as a quality blank — a tumbler, a cutting board, a flag case — that we source from established suppliers and then customize for you. A growing line of products we design and fabricate ourselves from raw material, including acrylic signs, puzzle guestbooks and photo engraving.

What we can make

We run three production processes:

• Rotary laser engraving — for cylindrical items such as tumblers, glasses, bottles and pens.
• Flatbed laser engraving — for flat stock: cutting boards, plaques, signage, leather goods, coasters and awards.
• Full-colour printing — where a design needs colour that engraving cannot reproduce.

Materials we work in regularly include:

• Wood — walnut, bamboo, maple, rubberwood and MDF
• Glass and crystal
• Stainless steel, anodized aluminium and brass
• Acrylic, including layered and standoff-mounted signage
• Leather, leatherette and faux leather
• Cork, slate and silicone

What we don't do

Being clear about the edges saves everyone time:

• We don't engrave customer-supplied items. We engrave products bought from us, so we can control the blank, the fixturing and the result.
• We don't do screen printing, embroidery or vinyl. Laser engraving and printing only.
• Laser engraving is monochrome. It burns or marks a single tone into the material — it cannot reproduce full-colour artwork. Where colour matters, we print instead.
• We don't ship internationally. United States only at present.
• We don't reproduce artwork you don't have the rights to — including licensed characters, team logos and other protected marks.

How an order runs

1. You configure the product and add your personalization — a name, a monogram, artwork or a logo. Personalization is included in the price, and there is no minimum order.
2. We source the blank. Items already on hand in Escondido go straight into production; items from a nearby vendor add about a business day; items from a distant warehouse add about four.
3. Our production team reviews your artwork and comes back to you if anything looks wrong before the job runs.
4. We engrave or print, inspect, pack and ship — or hold it for free local pickup in Escondido.

Estimated ship dates are calculated per item from real stock levels, counted in business days, skipping weekends and the holidays our shop is closed. The details are on our shipping information page.

Who we work with

Individuals ordering a single gift, and organizations ordering for a whole team. Locally that often means military commands and first responders, breweries and taprooms, schools, real-estate brokerages, healthcare and biotech employers, and small businesses ordering branded merchandise — but we ship nationwide and take one-off orders just as happily.

Teams can open a free group account for shared orders and artwork, purchase orders and net terms, and tax-exempt purchasing.
