Design ideas that work on every piece
One design across the whole party looks deliberate in photos and keeps the order simple. Designs that suit groomsmen gifts:
- The couple's monogram or wedding crest, the same mark you used on the invitations.
- The couple's names and the date, for example "Alex & Sam · 06.14.2027".
- A line for the crew: "Groomsman · Est. 2027", or the wedding city and date.
- The venue's coordinates, for a quieter nod to the day.
To set the best man apart, give him a different gift carrying the same design: a decanter set alongside the groomsmen's flasks, for example.
When to order
Most couples hand out groomsmen gifts at the rehearsal dinner or on the morning of the wedding. Start about three weeks ahead. That leaves time to finalize your artwork and approve the proof. Most orders ship 4 to 8 business days after that, and then there's time in transit.

How ordering works
- Choose the gift and quantity. Each item carries one design across its whole quantity, and the price per piece drops as the quantity rises. Lower-cost items have a minimum quantity, shown on the product page before you add to cart.
- Send your design. Upload your artwork while you order, or choose "Send artwork later" and use the secure link we email after checkout. Production waits until we have it.
- Approve your proof. We send a digital proof showing your design on the piece. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
- We engrave, pack and ship. Everything is engraved in our own shop in San Diego County. Most orders ship 4 to 8 business days after your artwork is approved, and each product page shows an estimated ship date for the item and quantity you pick. Shipping is free over a set order total, or you can pick up free at the shop.
Artwork: laser engraving marks one tone, so bold, high-contrast artwork reads best. Send vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF) with text converted to outlines; PNG, JPG and PSD also work at 300 DPI at the finished size. Our artwork guidelines cover the details, and how ship dates work explains the timing. Artwork that needs rework before it can be engraved may carry a design service fee.

Is the engraving included in the price?
Yes. Engraving is included in the price on every product page, with no separate personalization charge.
Is there a minimum order?
Most groomsmen gifts, including flasks, knives and decanter sets, can be ordered one at a time. Lower-cost items such as shot glasses and many bottle openers have a minimum quantity, shown on the product page. Above the minimum you can order any quantity.
Can I see the design on the gift before you engrave?
Yes. We send a digital proof and wait for your approval. If something needs changing, you ask for a revision and we send a new proof.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF) with text converted to outlines is best. PNG, JPG and PSD work at 300 DPI or more at the finished size. Files can be up to 100MB.
Can I pick the order up instead?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect it free at our San Diego County shop. We email you when it's ready.
What if a gift arrives damaged or engraved wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos, and we'll remake the piece or refund you at no cost.
