Acceptance of terms

By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.

Your artwork

When you upload artwork for us to engrave or print, you're representing to us that you own it, or otherwise have the rights necessary to have it reproduced, and you grant us a license to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order. We may decline to produce artwork that we believe infringes on someone else's rights or is otherwise offensive or unlawful.

Ship dates

Estimated ship dates shown on our site are calculated in good faith from our live inventory, production queue, and holiday schedule at the time you view them, but they are estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
