Questions
Does a group account cost anything?
No. It is free, and there are no minimums. Pricing is the same quantity-tier pricing you see on every product page.
How do net terms work?
Create the account, then request terms from your group page. Once approved, owners and purchasers can choose "Pay by invoice" at checkout and we email an invoice due on your terms.
Can I be in more than one group?
Yes. You can belong to several organizations and pick which one you are ordering for at checkout, or place a personal order.
Who can see our orders?
Only members of the group. Personal orders you place without choosing the group stay private to you.
Can we pick up in person?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect the finished order at our shop in Escondido, CA.
