Artwork for awards
Awards are read up close, so your artwork matters. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF) with all text converted to outlines. Laser engraving marks one tone, so a single-color version of your logo engraves best; gradients and fine shading lose detail. PNG, JPG and PSD also work at 300 DPI at the finished size. Our artwork guidelines cover the details. Artwork that needs rework before it can be engraved may carry a design service fee.
Buying for a business
A free group account gives your team shared orders and artwork, purchase orders and net terms on request, and tax-exempt purchasing. Pricing is the same quantity-tier pricing shown on every product page.
When to order
Most awards are presented at a planned event, so work back from its date. Allow time to finalize your artwork and approve the proof. Most orders ship 4 to 8 business days after that, and then there's time in transit.

How ordering works
- Choose the gift and quantity. Each item carries one design across its whole quantity, and the price per piece drops as the quantity rises. Lower-cost items have a minimum quantity, shown on the product page before you add to cart.
- Send your design. Upload your artwork while you order, or choose "Send artwork later" and use the secure link we email after checkout. Production waits until we have it.
- Approve your proof. We send a digital proof showing your design on the piece. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
- We engrave, pack and ship. Everything is engraved in our own shop in San Diego County. Most orders ship 4 to 8 business days after your artwork is approved, and each product page shows an estimated ship date for the item and quantity you pick. Shipping is free over a set order total, or you can pick up free at the shop.

Questions about corporate awards & recognition
Is the engraving included in the price?
Yes. Engraving is included in the price on every product page. There are no setup fees.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, with a group account. Request net terms from your group page; once approved, owners and purchasers can choose "Pay by invoice" at checkout.
Can I see the award before you engrave it?
Yes. We send a digital proof and wait for your approval. If something needs changing, you ask for a revision and we send a new proof.
Do you engrave awards we already own?
No. We engrave products bought from us, so we can control the blank, the fixturing and the result.
What if an award arrives damaged or engraved wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos, and we'll remake the piece or refund you at no cost.
