Description

This rosewood-finish flag case comes with a matching base already attached, giving it a solid footing on a mantel or desk and a wide front panel for engraving. The 19" x 9 3/4" size holds a 3' x 5' flag; the 28" x 13 3/4" size holds a 5' x 9 1/2' burial flag. Both are 4" deep with a clear front and a poplar wood frame. The flag itself is not included.

The base panel is where the personalization goes: a name, rank and branch, years of service, and a line such as In Grateful Recognition or a favorite quote. It is a standard retirement gift for Navy and Marine Corps families in San Diego, and a way to display a veteran's memorial flag with a proper inscription.

Engraving is free, with no setup fee, for one case or a unit's worth.
